Struthiomimus was an ornithomimosaur, or “ostrich-mimic” dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Alberta, Canada. Around 4.4 meters (15 feet) long, Struthiomimus had a toothless beak, long slender legs built for running, and was likely an omnivore. Like other ornithomimids, it was probably covered in bristly, fur-like feathers, with non-aerodynamic “wing” feathers growing in as adults.
