Found near Buffalo, South Dakota in 1987 and named for Stan Sacrison, this is one of the more complete and perhaps the most visited Tyrannosaurus skeleton of the 21st century. For decades its casts stood in museums worldwide, making it among the most familiar tyrannosaur skeletons on display. Long catalogued as BHI 3033, the specimen was sold at auction in 2020 and is now held by the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi under the number NHMAD 2020.00001.
