A small tyrannosauroid from the Late Jurassic of England. The species was first described as Stokesosaurus langhami (Benson, 2008), then moved to its own genus, Juratyrant, by Brusatte & Benson in 2013. This skeletal was originally drawn when the material was referred to Stokesosaurus, and is being revised to reflect the split — the American Stokesosaurus clevelandi itself remains too fragmentary to restore.
