A large dromaeosaurid from the Late Cretaceous of Argentina. Unusually big for the group at around 6 meters (19 feet) in length, Austroraptor had a long, shallow skull and proportionally short arms. The shape of the skull and teeth suggest Austroraptor made a living eating fish.
