Originally described as a new species of Camptosaurus, Uteodon was an iguanodontian plant-eater from the Late Jurassic of Utah, living in the Morrison Formation about 150 million years ago. At close to 3 m (10 feet) long, it was a medium-sized ornithischian for the Late Jurassic, although like Camptosaurus it was fairly heavily built.
