Dreadnoughtus was a large titanosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Argentina. Like most titanosaurs it had a long, upright-sloping neck and a medium-length (for a sauropod) tail. At the time it was found, Dreadnoughtus was the most complete large titanosaur known. Highly-detailed 3d scans of the specimen have been published, providing excellent documentation of what the skeleton looks like.
At around 22.5 meters (70 feet) and 34 tonnes, Dreadnoughtus was a huge animal (roughly 5 large bull African elephants in size!), but it was neither as long as most diplodocids, nor as heavy as the largest titanosaurs, like Argentinosaurus or Patagotitan.
