A lambeosaurine hadrosaurid (hollow-crested duck-billed dinosaur) from the Late Cretaceous of North America. This specimen of Parasaurolophus is a juvenile, reflected not only in its small size (2.2 m / 7 feet long), but also the early stage of development of the crest on its head, which will eventually result in the long tubular head crest that Parasaurolophus is famous for.
